Book your tickets to Hellensmusic 2018 online, by phone (via our box office agent Ticket Source) or at selected outlets near Hellens. If you want to go paperless, please be informed that we accept e-tickets.

You can book your tickets online via our booking agent Ticket Source. Follow the links on this website or go directly to www.ticketsource.co.uk/hellensmusic

Once tickets have been selected you will have the option to:
> Have your tickets delivered by e-mail, which you can print and present at the door
> Have an e-ticket, go paperless and show your phone at the door
> Have your tickets delivered by post (there is a £1.5 fee for this service)

Phone bookings can be made by calling Ticket Source Box Office on 0333 666 3366. Mondays to Fridays from 9 am to 7 pm (excluding bank holidays) and Saturdays 9 am to 5 pm.

This service incurs a £1.50, which includes postal delivery of tickets within a 2-3 working day period.

How long do my tickets take to arrive if I choose to have them delivered by post?

You can choose to have tickets delivered to you by standard post (this incurs a £1.5 charge). This option is available up to 96 hours before the start of the event you are booking. Tickets should be with you within 2 to 3 days.

Is there a concession for students?

Yes! The student tickets cost £5 for every concert. Students can also attend the Hellensmusic Masterclass Programme concerts for free (tickets must still be booked via our ticketing agent).

Can I attend concert rehearsals?

We are afraid that concert rehearsals are closed to the public. An exception is made for Patrons and Benefactors of Hellensmusic (you can read more about our Supporters Programme here).

Is there wheelchair access in all the venues?

Yes, all the venues are wheelchair accessible. Companions are welcome at no extra cost.

When do the doors open for each event?

The doors open 30 minutes before the start of the concert.

Are there pre-concert suppers?

There will be no pre-concert suppers during Hellensmusic 2018.

Is there a bar service during intervals?

Yes, bar service will be available during intervals.

Is there parking space available near the venues?

There is parking space next to Hellens and the Walwyn Arms Pub. It will also be possible to park near St Bartholomew’s Church – members of our team will organise this on arrival.

Can I do a tour of Hellens Manor during Hellensmusic?

Unfortunately it will not be possible to offer tours of Hellens Manor during Hellensmusic as it will be in use for many of the festival’s activities.

Can we do a picnic at Hellens before the concerts?

Yes, you are more than welcome to do a picnic at Hellens if the weather allows!

I want to watch a masterclass. How does it work?

All masterclasses are free to attend, subject to room capacity. A masterclass schedule will be available on this website. Please arrive on time so as not to disturb the course of the lesson – if you do arrive a bit later, kindly enter the room discretely during a quiet moment.
