This service incurs a £1.75, which includes postal delivery of tickets within a 2-3 working day period.

You can choose to have tickets delivered to you by standard post (this incurs a £1.5 charge). This option is available up to 96 hours before the start of the event you are booking. Tickets should be with you within 2 to 3 days.
Yes! Tickets for students in full time education are free (tickets must still be booked via our ticketing agent).
We are afraid that concert rehearsals are closed to the public. An exception is made for Patrons and Benefactors of Hellensmusic (you can read more about our Supporters Programme here).

Yes, all the venues are wheelchair accessible. Companions are welcome at no extra cost.
The doors open 30 minutes before the start of the concert.
There are 2 pre-concert suppers on Thursday 2nd and Saturday 4th at 6.30pm at Hellens. There is a pre-booked lunch on Sunday 5th. These can be booked together with the concerts.
Yes, bar service will be available during intervals.
There is parking space next to Hellens and the Walwyn Arms Pub. It will also be possible to park near St Bartholomew’s Church – members of our team will organise this on arrival.
Unfortunately it will not be possible to offer tours of Hellens Manor during Hellensmusic as it will be in use for many of the festival’s activities.
Yes, you are more than welcome to do a picnic at Hellens if the weather allows!
You can order a ‘picnic box’ (£10) any day during the festival, by writing in advance to info@hellensmusic.com
All masterclasses are free to attend, subject to room capacity. A masterclass schedule will be available on this website. Please arrive on time so as not to disturb the course of the lesson – if you do arrive a bit later, kindly enter the room discretely during a quiet moment.
