Elgar Piano Quintet in A minor Op 84
And solo works by various composers
Elgar’s Piano Quintet, grand, yet poetic, and atmospheric to the core, is a worthy successor to the outstanding line of Romantic works in this genre which appeared in the 19th century, notably those by Schumann, Brahms, Franck and Dvorak. In this final concert of Hellensmusic 2023, it will feature alongside a number of further solo works by Hellensmusic Masterclass Course.
